Gazpacho Mobile’s online management interface enables the organization’s personnel to easily operate the system, manage the field employees, send tasks and collect reporting data, and create new tasks and report types, all according to the existing and changing needs of the organization.

The use of the interface is based on permissions granted by the organizational administrator to enable, among other things, to be performed the following:

Easy creation and maintenance of data collection forms (reports) and tasks - with no programming (no-code / low-code)

Managing access rights for data collection forms

Exporting data to Excel, detailed detailed view of the data collected, accessing or editing data collection forms

Creating and maintaining templates, value lists, organizational structure, and system user permissions

Advanced search and filtering options

Managing and inspecting task batches

Creating, assigning, re-assigning or canceling tasks

Web service APIs

The platform has, as standard, WS APIs that enable, for any activity carried out in it, support to access the collected data and a link to the other IT organization’s systems for exporting, BI and for operating the system.
